Bumps and babes coffee mornings

Kate Hargreaves hosts Bumps and Babes every two weeks on behalf of the birthmatters antenatal teachers. You do not need to have attended birthmatters classes to come along and there is no fee. Mums generally come along after finishing their antenatal classes and then for as long as they want after their baby is born. It is a great way to meet other local mums with new babies (or expecting them soon!), get support from mums who have already experienced the stage you are going through and to get a hot cup of tea or coffee whilst someone else holds your baby for five minutes. Kate also has a big box of books which can be borrowed and a selection of slings and baby carriers which can be experimented with.
