Antenatal and Postnatal Exercise
Karen Allott is a qualified fitness instructor, specialising in pre and post natal fitness. She runs a class at Windsor Leisure Centre every Tuesday morning from 10.30am – 12 noon.
The class is a mixture of low impact aerobic work and conditioning exercises and is suitable for both pregnant and postnatal mums. It provides the opportunity to work at a more relaxed pace, allowing you to exercise at a level you feel comfortable with.
Postnatal mums are encouraged to bring their baby and are welcome to feed baby/change nappies during the class.
