For example, in our well respected 18 hour antenatal course we will focus on the various stages of pregnancy, optimum wellbeing for you and your baby in the build up to birth and what to expect; the birth itself and the various options available, be it a home or hospital birth. We will also cover the various pain management options, what to expect from a caesarean if that is required, but also self help techniques and complimentary therapies. And of course, what to expect from and prepare for the early stages of family life. To finish the course we arrange for the group to meet and a reunion once all the babies are born. The full antenatal course is our most popular course. In addition we offer some tailored courses. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully prepared mentally and physically for the birth of your baby. In the last 12 months alone we have partnered over 650 couples on 80 courses throughout the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area.
