Our informative ante and postnatal classes have been designed to offer you a friendly informal environment to learn about the various aspects of pregnancy, birth and early family life. We understand that a local network of likeminded people is important too. Our courses run with an average 8/9 couples, enabling you and your baby to make close and lasting friendships. The objective of the courses is simple. To give you as much information and confidence as you need, to empower you to make the best choices for you and your baby.

For example, in our well respected 18 hour antenatal course we will focus on the various stages of pregnancy, optimum wellbeing for you and your baby in the build up to birth and what to expect; the birth itself and the various options available, be it a home or hospital birth. We will also cover the various pain management options, what to expect from a caesarean if that is required, but also self help techniques and complimentary therapies. And of course, what to expect from and prepare for the early stages of family life. To finish the course we arrange for the group to meet and a reunion once all the babies are born.
