Amanda has lived in Farnham Common for seventeen years and is married with four children. Amanda began her training with the NCT just after her youngest was born (1999). She teaches in a variety of course formats but particularly loves running day time weekend courses as everyone is awake (including her!) Amanda is “Pippin” trained (parents in partnership, parent infant network) which means she has studied in some depth the research behind the emotional transitions men and women experience as they move into parenthood. Amanda also has a special interest in pregnancy loss and works as a facilitator with the Child Bereavement Charity. Amanda occasionally works in the corporate world supporting women as they go on and off maternity leave.
