I believe that every birth experience is unique and each birth experience will be unlike anyone else's.

In my classes we discover the skills you already have to bring to labour and parenting and believe it or not you will have many you just have not discovered them yet. My classes empower couples to believe in the natural process and to understand the informed choice of making decisions about the birth of their baby and parenting.

I am NCT trained with a Diploma in higher education in Antenatal teaching and a National childbirth licence to teach and have been teaching women and their partners for the last 5 years in the Marlow and Maidenhead area. I teach first time parents and also refresher classes for existing parents who are expecting again.

My classes are informal and fun and take place in a friendly environment where you will make friends with other couples at the same stage in their life.

spending time doing fun things with her two children, this may include walking in the woods and building dens, going for a bike ride or collecting shells on the beach . She tries (and fails) to regularly attend the gym. She loves horse riding and has recently rejoined Marlow waterskiing club.
