Kim Hay

Supporting mothers and fathers, I specialise in building confidence and improving communication in their transition from pregnancy to parenthood. I encourage parents to explore and discover the issues they may face, through empathetic support. In this way they can move together with confidence to discover their challenges and joys ahead.

Kim draws on 8 years' event management experience in Westminster, including working as an Event Leader. She went on to gain a wide variety of experience creating Marketing projects and presentations, working with individuals and managers at all levels.

Kim's particular strengths are encouraging parents to find the right support in the early days after giving birth. Kim worked for 5 years as a postnatal Doula and supported over 20 families in that time. She holds a Diploma in Higher Education in Antenatal Education, and is a National Childbirth Trust accredited Childbirth Educator, facilitating many different workshops and full training course formats aimed at new parents. Kim has developed a unique pattern of working; in particular, working in areas where there is a high demand for facilitators, ensuring that a quality service can be maintained. Kim has many years experience working with NHS trusts to deliver the training and parent support they require.
