Laura lives in Windsor with her partner and their three young children. Laura began her training with the NCT in 2002 and has been teaching ever since, only stopping to have her babies. She teaches two-day workshops, as well as evening courses that always include one or two sessions for the women only. Laura's informative and fun classes provide many opportunities to get to know the other parents-to-be and build a strong support network for after the birth. As well as antenatal courses, Laura teaches postnatal courses for mothers with young babies. Laura is a qualified Natal Hypnotherapy practitioner and runs courses in self-hypnosis for labour and birth.

Taking her kids out to explore the local parks, whatever the weather! Curling up on the sofa with a book and a cup of tea, while the kids enjoy an early night after a long walk in nature… Off to sunny Italy to see her family.
